If you will not be able to vote in-person on March 2, 2010, because you will be out of town, or if you are disabled or over the age of 65 the Texas Secretary of State’s office encourages you to safely and securely vote using an Absentee Ballot. This historic election is going to be close and we need every vote to count.
Here you can conveniently fill out your Absentee Ballot Application online. Once you have properly filled out the form, print it, sign it, and return it to your early voting clerk as soon as possible. February 23, 2010 is the last day to apply for an Absentee Ballot.
